The journey continues...
The family is now on the second half of their Northwest trip. We spent Christmas eve opening gifts and eating home cooking with the Mitra's. Tia and Jia mentioned they never had a White Christmas, but this year it snowed! Kai got to see his first snowfall before taking the train to Oregon.
Train Ride!
Instead of driving from Seattle to Portland like mommy and daddy used to do, the family decided to take the train. It was great for Kai because he didn't have to sit in the carseat and the cabin was perfect for napping. Once we arrived, grandma, grandpa, and auntie were eagerly waiting with open arms!

Kai has been able to have lots of down time since coming to his grandparents house. Grandma and grandpa closed the tea shop for a whole week so they could have quality time with their grandson. They've been basking in all the grandson love. Also, his Auntie Winnie and cousin Pui Pui were there. xD
All the Oregon family!
Kai has lots of family in Oregon besides Grandma and Grampa. All of his uncles live in Oregon too. Uncle Isaiah made a special trip to meet his newest nephew and Grandma Kris traveled up on Tuesday with Uncle Kevan and his girlfriend, Nicole, to have lunch with the family. Grandma also brought a walker since Kai hasn't been able to be in his jumper all week. He liked it so much, mommy amazoned one to the house.

Kai is super famous and everyone wants to meet him and hold him and take pictures of him. He also got lots of gifts from his grandparents friends, including his first lucky money!
Weekend in Albany
Mommy and Kai went to Grandma Kris' for the weekend. Uncle Keean and Kevan both came over and spent lots of time playing with Kai. Mommy can't wait until Kai is a little older so Uncle Keean can teach him about cars and Uncle Kevan can play Legos with him!
Luna
Kai has been missing his pets. Luckily, Luna was there to be his surrogate dog for the weekend. :)
