Someone was very lazy this week...
Let's be honest, mommy was super lazy this week. Kai had one playdate then spent the rest of his time at home playing with his toys. Mommy did put out some new toys, including a shape sorter, car ramp, and a slide for Kai to climb on. She always tries to make sure there are enough interesting toys that help him practice his motor skills. Kai loves moving from toy to toy and even mixing them up. Mommy believes play is very important for Kai's growth and allows him to use his toys with little interference. Kai can spend a lot of time entertaining himself but he still loves playing with his parents, especially daddy.
He loves to dance
It's really funny. If he hears any type of music, he's gotta dance it out. Even if he's kind of tired and lazy.
He's still practicing his walking
Kai has been walking...on his own terms. When we want to show people he can walk, he "noodles out" and falls to the floor. But every once in a while, we get a few little steps recorded.
Other things we did
Played in our tunnel. Enjoyed nakey time. Played with new toys. Ate new foods. Etc.
