Getting to know you...
Today, Kai turns 1 week old! He eats a lot, sleeps a lot, and poops a lot. He cries when he is cold or hungry but he is easy to console. He sleeps in his own bed but sometimes we'll let him cuddle with us. He is a good eater and takes the bottle well so daddy can feed him too. Here are a few other things we learned about this little bean:
1. He likes being swaddled.
2. He keeps one arm out when he sleeps.
3. This is his "I'm sitting in poop" face.
Did I just poop myself?
5. He will tolerate a pacifier for a little while.
I know you know that I know there's no milk in here...
5. He sleeps with his mouth open.
We still have a lot to learn about Kai but lucky for us he hasn't worn us out completely in his first week. :)
