3 months old, yall!

3 months old, yall!

It's crazy to think that, just three months ago, this chubby little bean looked more like an old Chinese turtle man than a human baby. He didn't do much except eat, sleep, poop, and scream at us (teenager already). Now he's fattened up, got lots to say, smiles, and screams at us. He's much more fun to hang around, especially for family members that didn't always get the warmest welcome from Kai.

Meeting new friends
Auntie Kelly is visiting from San Diego! Auntie Kelly and mommy were pregnant at the same time and Rory is just eight days older than Kai! They were obviously just as excited as their mommies were to meet.

We've already gone on lots of little mommy adventures with Auntie Kelly, Auntie Nia, and even Auntie Grace.

Skill level increased!
Kai has been working on a new skill: grasping. For the past couple of weeks, we have been putting Kai's rattle in his hand for him to shake. This morning, he showed us he can do it himself! He's so independent. I think he's ready to move out!

Growing our own food
Mommy finally got to work a little on our garden. Although Kai isn't that into it yet, mommy thinks it will be good for him to grow up learning how to garden.

What you can't see are all of the little arugula sprouts in there!

We didn't do too much else this week. Played the airplane game. Beached. Practiced GQ modeling. Hung out with Great Grandma. Rattled. Looked at things. Read the memo on TPS reports. Sat on the dog. Wore space jams.

I'm a gamblin' man.

Go home, Kai. You're drunk.
